Scavenger Hunt

Try different angles, get low, get high….show the viewer something they don’ts see or expect! Here photographer, Bruce Gilbert, is photographing speed skating, he didn’t complain that the ice was cold. He got down low to give the viewer an interesting photo.

Don’t forget scavenger hunt photos are due at the beginning of class on Wednesday at 8:00 am. Don’t forget photos should be thoughtful, abstract, meaningful, NOT quick snapshots!!! Think about composition, lighting and all the other photography skills you have learn. You will be graded on all elements of photography, the images need to be interesting and have good composition. Remember photos should tell a story in one single frame and every thing in the frame must be there for a reason. This assignment takes time and you need to be shooting lot of images.
