Six Words, Six Photos.

What seemed to be a seemingly straightforward assignment turned into one of the most challenging things I have had to do in my time at Stony Brook University. Tasked with a set of words, I had to go on a scavenger hunt to pair those same words with a photograph. This is what I managed to come up with.



This is a cry for help when I am fearful of what the future holds. Various people leave their mark on this outdoor public blackboard. Satan himself seems to have visited this very site, if you look closely.



The Stony Brook University Marching Band are lined up side by side practicing for the multitude of Basketball events they will be attending this year.



Icicles are a stark reminder to students that they need not waste time walking to class or else they will be met with the frigid chill of February.



Stony Brook University student Sushrut Arora, a sophmore biology major, is deep in thought in the Charles B. Wang Center reflecting on his progress so far this semester.



Three old lamps wait patiently before they are turned on, illuminating thousands of old books in the dimly lit Sci-Fi Forum room in the basement of the Stony Brook Union building.



A lone water fountain is in the spotlight for only a brief moment as the sun casts a crack of light through a window into a dark corner of the Staller Center of Stony Brook University.
